About

Tim Gould is the Director of National Affairs for the National Association of Manufacturers, where he leads the NAM’s government relations strategy in key districts and states — managing multi-state engagement, connecting manufacturers directly with members of Congress, and driving district-based advocacy campaigns that elevate manufacturing’s policy priorities at the federal level.

He brings more than fifteen years of experience across political, governmental, and association settings. Before joining the NAM, he served as Director of Strategic Initiatives & Research for former New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez, Executive Director of the Montana Republican Party, and Chief of Staff to legislators in Alaska and New Jersey — and previously ran his own public-affairs consulting firm, with campaign leadership roles across the Midwest.

An experienced strategist and connector, Tim specializes in stakeholder engagement, coalition building, and facilitating high-impact events that advance complex policy goals. A Minnesota native, he is licensed to practice law in Montana and lives in Helena.
